| Wasugree means the king of naga. This picture was painted to match the picture entitled "Suwanna". The king of naga's upper body looks like that of human but the part is the naga. The designs used in this picture arose from the design of creeping plants in the Manthalay design of Burma. Such designs are twisted linked and overlain one another. The aforesaid designs are different from Thai design. |
